Donation Form Details

• If you would like to dedicate a gift in honor or in memory of more than one individual please enter both names in the box labeled “Honoree name” or in the comments section.
• If you make a gift in memory of an individual and would like them to be recognized on the APF website, please submit the form found on the bottom of the Reflections of Impact page.
• This donation form is operated by Blackbaud. As APF is a non-profit, Blackbaud has waived processing fees for all donations. To facilitate this agreement you will be given the option during checkout to add an additional amount to your donation to help cover these fees. This is not required and you may select $0.00 from the dropdown to proceed with your donation at no additional cost.
